No News - Maybe Monday

Hmmmm.... this was not an answer I anticipated. I have no patience. I waited past the time our agency opened, past the time the director of the Kryg program came in and a little longer. I sent an email and decided after sending it, to call. See, I'm not patient.

I spoke with Joyce who said she had not heard anything this morning. I asked did that mean we didn't go to court. She said, "No." I said, "When will you hear?" She said, "Sometimes it's the next day, which, is bad for you because it's the weekend." Oh. She promised if she heard anything she will call.

Elizabeth is calling her agency. Maybe that will reveal some information. Otherwise, it will be Monday and while it stinks, what can I do? Joyce asked if I will be ok. I said, "No, but I can't do anything about it."

Oh well.

GIANT BUMMER!!!!!

They need to get on the phone and make some international calls to find out what's going on! I hope they call you back with news.

Still praying and keeping my fingers crossed...

Ohhhh, how aggravating! Sometimes it is unbearable that the world turns so slowly. Try to focus on knowing she is yours--even though it would be great to have confirmation--in your heart, you know it. She is yours and you will never lose her.

Girl, that is such a bummer! I second what Betsy said. They should not keep you hanging all weekend. Prayers are coming your way.

I love Jeanne's advice! Ellie is YOURS and you WILL hear of that judge's approval very soon. Hang in there a bit longer. Cleaning is good but SHOPPING is SO much more fun! Go buy your girl something cute while you wait!

As one who vacuums my house to "see the lines" and calm myself down (I know, HELLO OCD!) I can say that I have to agree with Monica that shopping is even better!!! Of course, that little princess already has such a divine wardrobe, based on pictures! I'm sorry about the wait, but...she'll be all the more worth it!

Hang in there, girl!
Love!

It took them a couple of days after court to get the news to us. It seems ridiculous that it would take that long--but....

I echo everyones dismay. That stinks!! Try to have a good weekend and it'll be Monday before you know it, just think of all those things that need to be done before she comes home!
